Question Will my money be refunded or will I get a credit voucher?
Answer
In case of exchanges, we will credit the amount you paid for the products as a credit into a registered online account, however an exchange is subject to availability of the item in our stock

SHIPPING

Question What shipping method does the the strives use?
Answer
We use a large network of courier partners to deliver your products including Blue Dart, Delhivery, and Shiprocket.
Question What are the charges for shipping in India?
Answer
Shipping is free within India.
Question How long until my order ships?
Answer
We dispatch products from Monday to Friday. Once you place the order, we will aim to dispatch the order in 2-3 working days. Should there be a delay, you will be informed by the Customer care team.
Question How does cash on delivery work?
Answer
COD is only available at selected zip codes and for orders below 10000 Rupees.
Question Is there an additional charge for cash on delivery?

No.
Question Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
Answer
No, you do not need to sign up to place an order. You can check-out as a guest, however you would not be able to check the status of the order, as a guest. You can hence connect with contact@thestrives.com, in this case.
Question Delivery was attempted but I was unavailable. What next?
Answer

SIZING & FITTINGS

Question How are measurements taken for standard and custom fitting?
Answer

We understand how important getting the right fit is and we take this very seriously, Here are a few things we do to help you find the right fit.

We custom fit the outfit to your size

Standard Size : Select the Standard Size to get the fit with standard size i.e Small / Medium / Large or Extra Large. For your convenience we provide you 0.5 inch margin from both side the outfit. To give you an example, for your bust size is 32 will have extra added margin. Please view the size guide below to understand better. Note: (Customize as per measurements there will be online payment for the product.) Slight variation in size is possible.
